OINP (by Ontario):

Among them, Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is one of the more popular programs, and the Ontario Employer Guarantee Program is an immigration program for international students in Ontario and overseas people who have been employed by Ontario companies to move to the province. Since April 2021, the Ontario Immigration Bureau announced that the application channel will be changed to the EOI system. The allocation of provincial nominations through the “EOI system” appears to be fairer and can make the government selects high-quality talents.

High Level Process:

  • Conduct an assessment based on client’s personal background
  • Submit an application via the EOI system
  • The EOI system confirms the score based on the materials that submitted by the client
  • EOI system will automatically filter the score from high to low
  • Received the Invitation (got the provincial nomination)
  • Submit work permit and immigration applications
  • Pass background and medical checks
  • Landing in Ontario after the work permit is approved (waiting for the immigration application to be approved in Canada)
  • Permanent Resident status approval

NSNP  (by Nova Scotia):

Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP) Employer Sponsorship – is one of the simpler and faster provincial nominee immigration program. Most of our clients choose to live in Halifax, which is the most prosperous city in the province. The advantage of this city is its climate. It is located on the east coast of Canada, where the warm Atlantic current prevails, so it is the second warmest city in Canada after Vancouver.

The three categories with the most NSNP immigration applications are: (1) Occupation in Demand, (2) (2) Physician/Doctor and (3) Skilled worker.

NS Occupation in Demand job list reference:

Provincial nominated skilled worker category (Skilled worker) application requirements:

  • Age 21-55
  • Equivalent to a Canadian high school degree or above
  • CLB 5 or IELTS 5 or above
  • Relevant work experience in the occupation within the past five years
  • Occupation needs to be in the Canadian occupation list NOC category 0, A, B
  • Have a full-time fixed job offer from a Canadian employer
  • No asset requirement

SINP by Saskatchewan:

Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program (Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program, referred to as SINP), is designed to meet the sustainable development and stability of the province’s economy, solve the problem of shortage of professionals and labor, and attract capable of overseas talent come to the province to live and drive the economy, establishing this fast, flexible and stable immigration pathway.

The Saskatchewan Employer Sponsored Immigration (International Skilled Worker: Employment Offer) is an important part of the Saskatchewan Provincial Nomination SINP. This immigration program is tailored exclusively for professionals, managers, and skilled workers who have obtained a full-time job offer from employers in Saskatchewan, and the threshold is relatively low compared to other provinces.

Application basic requirements:

  • High school degree or above
  • Satisfy the Saskatchewan SINP score of 60 and above
  • 1 year of relevant work experience within the past 10 years is sufficient
  • A language score of CLB 4 or above, i.e. IELTS 4
  • Get a long-term full-time employment letter (Job Offer) provided by a Saskatchewan employer, and the job category must be NOC 0, A or B
  • Employers must have a Job Approval Letter (JAL) of Saskatchewan Employer Sponsorship Eligibility Approval.
